Welcome to Tawlat ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our digital menu, loyalty program, and analytics platform (collectively, the "Service"). Tawlat provides a digital platform for restaurants, cafés, and other food service businesses ("Merchants") to create, manage, and display digital menus, manage customer loyalty programs, collect guest feedback, and analyze sales data. توفر "طاولات" منصة رقمية للمطاعم والمقاهي وأعمال الخدمات الغذائية الأخرى ("التجار") لإنشاء وإدارة وعرض القوائم الرقمية، وإدارة برامج ولاء العملاء، وجمع آراء الضيوف، وتحليل بيانات المبيعات.

3. Merchant Accounts 3. حسابات التجار

To use the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. لاستخدام الخدمة، يجب عليك التسجيل للحصول على حساب. أنت توافق على تقديم معلومات دقيقة وحديثة وكاملة أثناء التسجيل وتحديث هذه المعلومات لإبقائها دقيقة. أنت مسؤول عن حماية كلمة المرور الخاصة بك وعن جميع الأنشطة التي تحدث تحت حسابك.

4. Your Responsibilities 4. مسؤولياتك

• You are solely responsible for all content, including menus, pricing, item descriptions, photos, and promotions ("Merchant Content") that you upload to the Service. أنت وحدك المسؤول عن كل المحتوى، بما في ذلك القوائم، الأسعار، أوصاف الأصناف، الصور، والعروض الترويجية ("محتوى التاجر") الذي تقوم بتحميله على الخدمة.

5. Fees and Payment 5. الرسوم والدفع

Certain features of the Service are subject to fees as detailed on our Pricing Page. All fees are non-refundable. 6. Termination 6. إنهاء الخدمة

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. تخضع هذه الشروط وتُفسر وفقاً لقوانين المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية، بغض النظر عن تعارضها مع أحكام القانون.
