Once the foundation is on, every kind of off-premise order has somewhere to land. The cashier gets two new tabs. Drivers get a settlement flow. Your menu can go online. The phone calls have a place to be logged.
Pickups
Walk-in pickups for customers who placed an order over the phone or online.
Delivery
Driver-dispatched orders, own drivers or third-party companies.
Phone orders
Call-center taken orders, scheduled or ASAP, with the customer pre-filled if you have Call Bridge.
Online checkout
Public-facing menu with self-order, when paired with Online Ordering.
Two new tabs in your cashier
Pickups + Delivery, beside Dine-in.
Activating the foundation slots two more views into your cashier, same screen, same flow, same staff. Each tab has its own live counts so the team always knows what's waiting and what's en route.
What you get
Out of the box, on day one.
Activating Pickups & Delivery enables the whole base layer, no additional setup needed for these. Power-up addons stack on top when you're ready.
Pickup orders
Tag any order as pickup. The cashier sees it under a dedicated tab with prep status, customer info, and pick-up time.
Delivery orders
Same flow as pickup but with a delivery address, optional driver, and a delivery fee. Recommended pairing with Delivery Ops.
Drivers list
Manage your in-house drivers, name, phone, status. Each delivery can be assigned to a driver from a dropdown.
Driver settlement
End-of-shift settlement: each driver, their orders, what they collected, what they owe back. Print the slip.

Turn on Pickups & Delivery.
One activation unlocks Pickups + Delivery in your cashier, and clears the path for Online Ordering, Delivery Ops, and Scheduled Orders.
